CSS Hacks Suck

Experimenting with various CSS hacks, including the Caio Hack and various Box Model Hacks in an attempt to alleviate the need for two external stylesheets, and fix Elegance in IE5 Win. Please stand by.

Yeah, that fixed IE5 Win enough. Not perfect, but more than useable.
I thought it might help iCab, but it didn't. I'm not losing sleep over it.
Some Linux testing is coming tonight.
